AKVA Group Land Based gennemgår en omstilling mod større og mere komplekse projekter. Derfor søger vi, til en nyoprettet stilling en Project Controller, der skal have hovedvægten af sit fokus på de store projekter.

Om jobbet

Som vores nye Project Controller vil du indgå i vores Finance Team med direkte reference til Business Unit Controller, men du vil tilbringe størstedelen af din tid i vores projektafdeling i tæt samarbejde med Head of Projects, projektledere og resten af projektorganisationen.

Som Project Controller vil du indtage en nøglerolle i projektledelsen af de største Land Based projekter og understøtte projektledelsen med sparring om projektøkonomien, omkostningskontrol og konsekvensberegninger m.m. Du vil være bindeleddet mellem projektafdelingen og økonomifunktionen, der sikrer korrekt og valid økonomirapportering på projekterne.

De primære arbejdsopgaver vil være:

  • Ansvarlig for controlling af større projekter i Land Based divisionen.
  • Drive og supportere projektrapportering og forecasting samt udfordre projektledelsen på forudsætninger og tidsplaner.
  • Proaktivt identificere risici og tilsikre, at disse bliver imødegået.
  • Identificere og implementere forbedringer til interne processer.

Personlige egenskaber

  • Du er nysgerrig og systematisk.
  • Du er i besiddelse af en god portion sund fornuft og tager ejerskab over dine arbejdsopgaver.
  • Du kan arbejde selvstændigt, men er i høj grad en teamplayer, der sætter pris på at indgå i samarbejder på tværs af organisationen.

Ønskede kvalifikationer

  • Du har en relevant baggrund indenfor økonomi på højere niveau (bachelor eller master i økonomi) og evt en teknisk baggrund kombineret med økonomierfaring, samt erfaring med projekt controlling.
  • Min. 5 års erfaring med projektcontrolling på store projekter med flere års løbetid.
  • Erfaring med identificering af forbedringsmuligheder og implementering heraf.
  • Erfaring med brug af ERP-systemer, MS Navision og/eller MS Dynamics 365.
  • Bruger af officepakken.
  • Behersker engelsk i skrift og tale.
  • Erfaring med intern rapportering.

About the Job

You will be responsible for some of our projects from signing of contract to handover to the client. You will ensure the project is on track and according to contract during each phase of project from start to finish.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Ensuring the project progresses according to contract, time schedule, budget and quality in collaboration with Project Engineers, Technical Designers and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring engineering and design is done soundly and is quality controlled
  • Ensuring compliance between client wishes and final product
  • Client and contract management
  • Coordinating with procurement to ensure material flow timely
  • Ensuring installation takes place as planned and on time
  • Carrying out the final tests on site before commissioning

Depending on the number of projects assigned to you and their location you should expect 30-60 travelling days per year.

Qualifications:

  • You hold a bachelor or master’s degree in engineering or another relevant technical background
  • Preferably, you have +5 years experience as a Project Manager with execution of +50 mill DKK value projects
  • You are a strong facilitator and communicator with excellent management skills
  • You know how to run a project successfully, manage a contract and understand technical aspects
  • You are an advanced user of Microsoft Office and MS Project
  • Proficiency in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian, orally and written
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written

Furthermore, you will collaborate with a wide range of departments including sales and supply chain. As a Project Engineer, you will be a part of the technical backbone of our company and assist Project Managers through the entire life cycle of a project.
