AKVA group Land Based is looking for more skilled people wanting a career in a growing international company that engineers, designs, develops and builds industrial scale aquaculture production facilities worldwide.

Who are you

First and foremost you are a fantastic colleague with an excellent sense of humour that enjoys working closely together with our colleagues in Denmark and abroad. You have a systematic approach to your tasks, take ownership and don’t mind pitching in if your colleagues needs your help.

 

Your Background

You have a Bachelor of Technology Management and Marine Engineering (Maskinmester) and sound technical understanding with a few years experience. You are fluent in English and Danish or Norwegian.

You have a good understanding of automation and troubleshooting and can work independently.

 

Your role in AKVA group Land Based projects

The Service Engineer’s primary function is a) support of the end users, b) commissioning of installations, c) updating electrical documentation d) on-site service & aftersales at our costumors, and e) generating manuals, procedures and knowledge sharing programs. You will assist project managers in engineering and design, carrying out quality control and solving the challenges that occour on any project.

 

Travelling

You should expect 150 travelling days per year. Additional travelling may be required for training purposes. When not travelling you’ll be working from our offices in Fredericia. We use a 21 days out/ 7

Days off system to achieve a good worklife balance.

 

Career

Typical career paths for a Service Engineer includes opportunities such as Project engineer, Project Manager or Sales Specialist depending on your abilities, preferences and interests.
