SLOT 1: AKVA observe
Speaker: Rishi Hemang
AKVA observe uses artificial intelligence (AI) to optimise the biggest costs on fish farms: feeding. We do this by unifying existing equipment on farms, processing their data in real-time and giving intelligent recommendations of any abnormalities to the operator and automating the farm site. Our solution has allowed the industry to save up to 10% of their feed costs whilst increasing their growth of the fish up to 8% . As a result, AKVA observe has gained the confidence to be active in nearly 100 locations across the globe.
SLOT 2: Digital or dead: Unlocking the power of data sharing
Speaker: Håvard Stranden
Data sharing is a prerequisite for digitalization of the aquaculture industry. This session will explore the transformative impact of liberating our data, what benefits we gain, and how we can overcome key challenges. We’ll also share an update on how AKVA group is pioneering the data-driven aquaculture ecosystem.
SLOT 3: AKVA Fusion: Enables precision fish farming – today
Speaker: Tomas Huseby
AKVA group have worked tirelessly to enable our digital products to support the farmers today and into the future. In order to deliver on this promise, we have connected, enabled and developed products which consume data from our own systems, third parties and ecosystems – to unlock value and insight. We will explain the value creation for fish farmers through our new digital products coupled with the newest technology and data including co-creation with customers and partners.
Speaker: Jacob Bregnballe
Learn more about our experience with post-smolt and the future prospects in Norway and internationally.
Speaker: Arnstein Hosaas
For several years, we have been developing technology for fish farming below the sea belt. aquaculture. The principle is to separate salmon and sea lice by submerging the biomass a few meters below the surface, where the lice are located. Submersible fish farming facilities can also open up new areas for aquaculture.
